2019 Adidas Brand Audit

This is an overview of the 2019 Adidas Brand Audit performed by one of the CSUF stdent teams for the Brand Management course.

In this project we were tasked with choosing ine brand as a team to conduct a full research analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, and to show various ways in which our brand has grown and developed over the years. We were asked to give the brand "suggestions" on how to rebrand or if they should continue as they should. 

Our team chose Adidas. We conducted various forms of research on the target audience of this brand, the brand competition, what adidas has done to fulfill their philothranpiv beliefs and anything else that we deemed fit to the brand we chose.
